Aurora Healing: Guided Meditation Under the Northern Lights

Step into a world of frozen beauty and celestial light with this 33-minute guided meditation designed to soothe your nervous system and elevate your energy. With the gentle support of theta wave binaural beats, you’ll be guided on a serene journey through the snow-covered landscapes of Iceland at twilight.

As dusk settles in and stars begin to glimmer overhead, you’ll walk peacefully across a quiet volcanic path—surrounded by snow-dusted rocks and the crisp hush of winter air. Eventually, you arrive at a windswept plateau, perfectly placed beneath the dancing ribbons of the aurora borealis.

There, seated in stillness beneath the vibrant greens, purples, pinks and blues of the Northern Lights, you’ll receive a powerful light therapy session from the aurora itself. These living lights cleanse, soothe, and uplift—working with your energy body to bring balance, inspiration, and peace.

Ideal for calming the mind, activating the higher chakras, and reconnecting with the beauty of the Earth and sky.

✨ Also available as a fully immersive experience in our wellness center—featuring synchronized vibration on the inHarmony Vibroacoustic bed and LED light glasses to simulate and enhance the healing power of the aurora.
