What to expect during a SoundSelf Session
Each SoundSelf journey is conducted over a month, with one 40-60 minute session per week, to ensure a deep and lasting impact. A single trial session is $50 and a 1 month package, with 4 sessions is $150. Here’s how a typical session unfolds:
- Intake and Intention Setting: We begin by setting an intention for the session, something like ‘I want to reduce my anxiety by 50% and be more mindful with my kids over the next week’. Intentions can include desires such as ‘to find peace within’ or ‘to release fear’.
- SoundSelf Experience (40 minutes): Lie back and immerse yourself in the SoundSelf experience, where your own voice and breath catalyze a profound journey into relaxation and self-discovery.
