As the universe unfolds its vast mysteries, the quest to connect with otherworldly intelligences has taken a transformative turn with the CE-5 Protocol. This protocol was popularized by Dr. Steven Greer, founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) and the Disclosure Project. The CE-5 Protocol offers a structured approach to initiate peaceful contact with extraterrestrial beings and extradimensional energies. Here, we delve deep into the steps, philosophy, and experiences associated with CE-5, guiding both the curious and the committed on a journey towards cosmic connection. Whether you’re a seasoned stargazer or a novice to the concept, let’s embark on this enlightening expedition together.

We will first take you through the actual protocol, as many of you may land on this page simply looking for those instructions! Further down this page we will go into ways you can prepare yourself for extraterrestrial contact and some of the tools/equipment you might want to bring with you.

1. Choose your Location

Find a calm, peaceful location away from urban light pollution and noise. Ideally, this should be somewhere in nature. Choose a location that has a clear view of the sky (obviously lol). To restate, if possible, you want a location away from noise, light, in nature, with a good 360° view of the sky. That being said, the CE-5 Protocol can be used *anywhere*, even indoors. We have also successfully used this protocol in urban areas (smack in the middle of Vancouver, WA). Some of your tools may be different depending on your location (for example, you wouldn’t use a astronomy laser if you are inside) but your state of mind has a larger effect than your location.

2. Assemble a Group (optional):

Though CE-5 can be conducted solo, it’s believed that a group can amplify the energy and intention, making contact more likely.

3. Set Clear, Positive Intentions:

Your intention is vital. Clearly state, either out loud or in your mind, your peaceful intentions and desire for a positive and benevolent encounter with extraterrestrial beings. If in a group, it is a good idea to discuss a group intent and have everyone grounded with a united intent.

There are an infinite number of choices of where to focus intent with a CE-5 session. Do you want to expand your awareness? Do you want to see a physical craft with your eyes? Do you want some sort of healing, emotional or physical? The sky is the limit!

4. Get into a Meditative State:

Begin with deep breathing to center and calm your mind. Engage in meditation to reach an elevated state of consciousness. can be a huge help, especially if you have difficulty relaxing a busy mind. Some use guided meditations designed specifically for CE-5.

5. Use Visual Techniques:

Visualize a “vector” from your location to deep space, essentially drawing a line for them to follow back to you. Visualize a ball of light coming from your heart and floating up in the air- imagine that ball is like a camera, showing the ET’s you, your immediate location, and an areal view. I like to send an image of my country & state (easy to visualize), the city I am in or near and any surrounding natural landmarks, like rivers or mountains, to help guide.

Some people use astrology lasers to point out to the sky, signaling their position. **Take care not to point them directly at any craft, ET or human, or at anything with eyes, as these can blind you** If you chose to use a laser we recommend signaling by drawing a geometric shape (like a triangle or infinity symbol) in the sky with the laser. This is essentially an “I am over here!” message. If you see flashes in the sky, you can use the laser pointer to flash back. If you are using the laser to interact with a craft or energy/light, we strongly advise you do not point it directly at the craft itself but instead shine it to the side or around the craft. This ensures you do not accidently do harm.

6. Be Patient and Observant:

Making contact might take time. Stay in a calm, meditative state, keep your intentions clear, and keep an open mind. Look for anomalies in the sky like moving lights or craft that behave differently from conventional aircraft or satellites.

Those who have participated in CE-5 events or have used the protocol often report a wide range of experiences. Here’s a list of some commonly described sensations, sights, and sounds:

Visual Observations:

Unusual Lights: Observers often report seeing bright or flashing lights that move in unconventional ways, different from typical aircraft.
Craft Sightings: Some see unidentified craft or objects in the sky.
Orbs: Glowing balls of light, either in the sky or near the ground.
Transparent or Shimmery Figures: Some people describe seeing beings that are not entirely solid.

Auditory Experiences:

Unexplained Sounds: Mysterious humming, buzzing, or whistling noises.
Direct Communication: Some people report hearing voices or receiving telepathic messages.
Responses to the CSETI Tones (more on these below in other tools): Changes in the environment or atmospheric sounds when the tones are played.

Physical Displacement: Feeling as though you’re in a different location than you physically are.

It’s worth noting that experiences can vary widely from person to person and from one session to another. As always, it’s essential to approach these experiences with an open mind, balanced skepticism, and personal discernment.

7. Document the Experience:

If you witness any phenomena, it’s a good idea to document it immediately, so you capture all details. We have found it is sometimes difficult to remember everything that we experience after the fact. Use cameras, recording equipment, or simply write down your experiences. You can find red LED light pens that will help to write in the dark without bleaching your rods. You can also use phone apps or a digital recorder to record audio on site. We usually also take lots of pictures, occasionally a camera will capture something you could not see with your eyes.

8. End on a Positive Note

As you conclude the session, thank any beings or entities you believe you may have contacted. Even if you aren’t sure if you made contact, it is good to be thankful. Share your experience with others if you feel comfortable, to spread awareness and understanding.

*Keep your awareness tuned over the next few days and nights. Sometimes contact will continue after the fact through dreams and other phenomenon. Make sure to add anything additional that happens after the fact, to your notes.

Preparations Before a CE-5 Session

If one wishes to enhance the efficacy of CE-5 protocol outings and increase the chances of extraterrestrial contact, they might consider incorporating various holistic practices into their daily life. These practices can help raise one’s vibrational frequency, align intention, and create a harmonious inner and outer environment conducive to such encounters. Do not feel like you *must* change your life to have contact experiences, there are no judgements with these recommendations. Again the two most important factors for contact are your intention and the state of your mind when you are practicing the protocol. The below suggestions are just that – suggestions! They are ways other human beings have had some success in increasing the quantity and quality of their contact experiences. Take what resonates and leave the rest!

Here’s a list of items you might consider:

Astronomy Laser Pointer: A powerful green laser pointer can be useful for pointing out celestial objects and signaling. Ensure it’s used responsibly and never aimed at aircraft or people.
Night Vision Binoculars or Goggles: These can help participants see more details in the night sky and catch subtle movements or lights that might be missed by the naked eye.
Digital Camera or Camcorder with Night Vision: To document any visual phenomena. Some cameras have infrared capabilities which can capture images not visible to the human eye.
Digital Audio Recorder: To capture any unexplained sounds or potential responses.
Telescope or Binoculars: A portable telescope or good binoculars can be useful to take a closer look at distant objects in the sky.
Flashlights with Red Filter: Red light is less disruptive to night vision, making it ideal for reading or moving around in the dark without disturbing others.
Portable Speaker: To play the CSETI tones or guided meditations out loud for the group.
Smartphone or Tablet: Equipped with stargazing apps that can help identify celestial objects, satellites, and known aircraft in the vicinity. They can also play the CSETI tones if needed.

Compass or GPS: To accurately document the direction of observed phenomena and to ensure safe navigation, especially in remote areas.

Foldable Zero Gravity Chair or Blankets/Sleeping Bags: For comfort during meditation and sky-watching.
Warm Clothing and Bug Spray: Depending on the location and time of year, it can get cold at night, and insects can be bothersome.
First Aid Kit: Safety first. Always good to have on hand, especially in more remote locations.
Snacks and Hydration: Staying nourished and hydrated can help maintain focus and energy during the outing.
Two-way Radios: If the group is large or spread out, this can help in communicating over distances without shouting.
