A November message from Valo Expeditions
As Samhain passes and the deeper autumn winds move through the trees, the world around us grows quieter. The leaves are loosening their grip and returning to the earth. The nights stretch longer. Nature is shifting inward — and so are we.
This time of year has long been known as a season when the veil between worlds becomes thin. Not in a spooky way, but in a sacred way. Our inner senses become sharper. Our hearts become more aware of subtle energies. Our ancestors, guides, and loved ones on the other side feel just a little closer — like whispers carried on crisp November air.
This season invites a deeper kind of listening.
Transformation Through Intuition
Autumn teaches us that transformation isn’t loud. It happens in quiet moments — the letting go, the composting of what we no longer need, the becoming.
As the physical world contracts, the spiritual world expands.
This year, I feel this shift more than ever. As I move deeper into my training in evidential mediumship, I’m learning to trust those subtle impressions — the signs, the sensations, the energetic nudges that say:
There is more here. There is more to us. We are more connected than we realize.
Mediumship is not just about speaking to those beyond the veil — it’s also about remembering that our intuition is a natural language, one that we all knew before life became loud.
The Gift of Stillness
Autumn encourages us to:
✨ Slow down ✨ Turn inward ✨ Tune in ✨ Honor our inner knowing
When we pause long enough to listen — truly listen — messages come through. Not always in words. Sometimes in a feeling. A memory. A knowing without explanation.
The veil reminds us that there is so much love supporting us, even when we cannot see it.
Your Invitation This Season
As we move into this darker, more reflective part of the year, I invite you to ask:
What am I ready to release?
What am I now ready to hear?
Where is my intuition guiding me next?
Sit with these questions. Light a candle. Breathe deep. Allow your deeper senses to awaken.
This is a time of connection — both with ourselves and with the unseen realms that walk beside us.
Transform, Receive, Remember
The leaves fall not because the tree is dying — but because they are returning to the source. This makes room for future growth.
November reminds us to do the same.
I’m honored to walk this season with you — exploring consciousness, healing from within, and connecting with the many layers of reality that make this existence so magical.
Here’s to transformation, intuition, and listening through the veil. Happy November!
