As a QHHT practitioner, I’ve guided many others through their past lives, connecting them with their Higher Self, but I knew that experiencing a session or two would deepen my understanding. I was excited to fully embrace the process and see what my own soul wanted to reveal. What unfolded in my two QHHT sessions was profound, both in the richness of the past lives I explored and the wisdom I received from my Higher Self. Months later, I’m still processing the incredible insights and connections I experienced.
In my first session, I found myself standing on a windswept beach. I was barefoot, wearing a simple tunic, and felt young and strong (maybe mid teen aged). I lived alone in a hand-carved cliffside cave, surviving off the ocean’s bounty—fishing with a spear, gathering mussels, and even catching seabirds. Although I led a solitary life, I felt a sense of contentment. However, a deep longing for connection with other people stirred within me. One day, I left my familiar cave and stumbled upon a village of beings with slightly elongated skulls. Initially, fear gripped me—these beings were unlike anyone I had ever seen, not that I had seen many people- just may parents in fact. I tried to remain hidden, to watch them, but they discovered me. To my surprise, they responded not with hostility but with curiosity and compassion. A wise elder woman among them coaxed me from my hiding spot and introduced me to their community. I felt both awe and trepidation, overwhelmed by the contrast between my simple existence and their more advanced, harmonious society. So much more occurred – it was amazing. This past life taught me that fear often holds us back from connection and that acceptance can bridge even the most profound differences.
In my second session, I plunged into an underwater realm, I was a being that lived beneath the waves. I had a sleek, greenish-blue aquatic body and the ability to breathe both air and water. My home was a natural underwater cavern filled with coral and illuminated by strange, advanced technology. I was a simple kelp farmer, harvesting sea plants and transporting them to a shimmering city beneath a domed structure anchored to the ocean floor. Within this community, I felt a deep sense of purpose and belonging. The beings there communicated telepathically and shared a symbiotic relationship with those who lived on land. A close bond with a spiritual feminine figure deepened my experience—our connection transcended romantic love, (these beings were asexual from what I could understand) embodying a profound spiritual intimacy. She opened me to higher understandings, inviting me into a more expansive way of seeing the world. One of my most vivid memories from this life was a coming-of-age ceremony, where we young beings were recognized with special necklaces and challenged to complete tasks that tested our skills and intuition. This life was filled with community, purpose, and spiritual exploration but was completely devoid of sexual relationships.
Both sessions culminated in conversations with my Higher Self, a deeply comforting and wise presence. I received guidance on my physical health, personal relationships, and my path as a practitioner. I was reminded that I’m never alone and that healing is always available when I open myself to it. My Higher Self’s loving perspective helped me see how fears and past patterns could be released, making space for deeper connections and a more vibrant life.
These QHHT journeys didn’t just show me past lives—they offered me a mirror to reflect on my present. I learned that what we think of as the past is intimately tied to our present struggles and growth. The compassion I felt from my Higher Self continues to remind me to approach my current life with more love and acceptance.
If you’re curious about QHHT or feel drawn to explore your own inner worlds, I encourage you to consider scheduling a session. It’s an experience that can open doors to understanding yourself on a soul-deep level, one that continues to unfold long after the session ends.
I’m so grateful for the clarity and peace my QHHT experiences have brought into my life, and I’d love to help others embark on their own journeys. If you feel called, let’s chat!
