Amethyst Empress is the second painting in my series celebrating powerful women, each adorned with a unique headdress or headpiece that reflects her individual energy and presence.

Though she is physically blind, the Amethyst Empress possesses a different kind of sight. She sees beyond the veil, perceiving what lies beyond the limitations of our physical world. Her headdress is adorned with amethyst crystals, traditionally associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, protection, and clarity. The moon at her temple represents lunar influence, feminine energy, and the mysterious cycles of life. Together, these elements symbolize her connection to the unseen and her ability to navigate the world through inner knowing rather than physical sight.

Amethyst Empress is a celebration of feminine power, intuition, and the understanding that there is far more to existence than what our physical eyes can see.
